If you are scheduling your first appointment online, you will need to choose an Initial Visit.
Please fill out your forms online once you receive your appointment confirmation. The link to your forms is provided in this email. You will need to fill out your forms prior to your scheduled appointment time or it will shorten your treatment time. Please do not arrive early to fill out forms as we will be in session with another client and may not be able to see you.

We understand that “life happens” and that appointments need to be rescheduled.
Rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours prior to an appointment.
Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before an appointment are subject to the cancellation policy. A one-time courtesy will be given for a less-than-24-hour-cancellation or missed appointment. After this courtesy, you will be billed at $60.00.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in regards to missed appointments.
Insurance & Billing
Red Lotus Health will gladly handle your insurance billing for you in Hawaii.
We are credentialed with HMAA, HMSA, and Kaiser.
We do not bill out of state insurance.
Please contact your insurance company for an explanation of your policy’s acupuncture benefits prior to your first appointment. Unpaid amounts on insurance claims are the patient’s responsibility. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and local checks.
